This is a product that we ordered for a customer from ebay. She did receive her order, but no feedback.
It would be nice to have an easier way to cancel orders. We have had many customers request for cancellations due to the fact that they want to receive their product before Christmas. Of course, it clearly states in our listing as well as when they place their order when the product will be received so if the product is received or shipped after that specified date, then they can request to have the order cancelled.
Is there an easier way to cancel an order per customer request?
I am actually placing the orders for my customers. I am a member of GearBubble. So far things have been good. My customers seem to be pleased. I've gotten good reviews due to timely delivery and a quality product. When my customers are happy, so am I.
I do currently have an order that was ordered on 11/29 so things seem to have slowed down. I suspect this is due to the many Christmas orders you are receiving. Hopefully, the customer will get her product soon. I have been following up with my customers letting them know the various stages of product development. This does help to curtail any complaints thus far.
